I never thought life at my father's castle could get so interesting! Although I would never ever admit it allowed, I'm happy to share in this diary that I really liked having Freya around.

Not only did she help with our continuous fight against the owls (I loved seeing Raedwald's face with her!) she's also good fun to talk to.

I'm hoping she never realises who she is, or at least, I hope it takes her many more years. I like the simplicity of her friendship and, as soon as she learns more about herself, I'm worried that will fade.

I hope she can visit us again soon, but I'm worried that having her at the castle only endangers her more.
